Teamwork That's the word for this week! As you can see there was a great team packing End 68 Hours of Hunger/ MWV this week. New members, seasoned members and guests teamed up to pack about 150 weekend food bags.
Comfort What is comfort? .. Altrusa club members partnering with Starting Point: Services for Victims of Domestic & Sexual Violence have been providing comfort bags to Grace House (shelter) for the residents who seek shelter.
Kindness.. word of the week. This week is National Random Acts of Kindness Week. In the course of about 30 minutes I experienced 4 identifiable acts of kindness. I needed some eggs but didn't want to go to the grocery store. My favorite Bakery also has a small refrigerator with a few necessities.
